The Essential package is delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. The Marketing package — including the cinematic video and floor plan — is delivered with a next-day turnaround.

The home should be clean, decluttered, and staged the way you want it to appear online. Lights on, blinds open, and personal items tucked away go a long way toward premium results.
Yes — both are available as add-ons for photo and video. Virtual twilight and virtual staging are each $25 per image.
Professional photography, MLS-ready editing, a floor plan, and a 60-second cinematic property video — all delivered with a next-day turnaround.
An invoice is sent after delivery and is payable by e-transfer. Terms are outlined in the booking confirmation.
Yes — the listing agent receives a license to use the delivered media across MLS, personal marketing, and social channels for the duration of the listing.
